I’m an 20 year old Entrepreneur, Photographer, and I own my own business. I’m currently going to school for Radio Broadcasting in Dallas, Texas. I’ve worked in the radio industry, as well as on-air intern for a major syndicated morning radio show based here in Dallas, Texas.

In the Spring/Summer months my main focus switches over to Severe Weather. Believe it or not when I was a child I was TERRIFIED of storms. I’d always hide under a blanket when it thundered outside. Then around 6 years ago, my fear turned into a passion. I was standing outside one day with a storm brewing overhead. The tornado sirens went off, and I had this sudden urge run to my dad and ask him to take me to go chase the tornado. And ever since that day the fear turned into passion. I feel so lucky to get to travel out in the spring and summer months to go watch mother nature in all it’s glory. From monster tornado’s to grapefruit sized hail… I love chasing and will be out chasing every storm I can until I’m no longer able to walk!

Bio:

I fell in love with weather when I was about 10 years old. I grew up in Amarillo, Texas and it was a great place to learn about weather. My first Tornado was at age 10 when Fritch, Texas(1992) was hit by a F4 tornado.. I was hooked! My brother and I would stay in front of the T.V. during storms looking at the radar and seeing how close the storm would get. In 2000 I started chasing on my own. I got training from the local NWS and started spotting in Johnson County, Texas. I started taking some classes in basic meteorology and chasing to further my knowledge. Over the last 10 years I have chased for the thrill but Aaron and I started chasing together in 2010. I am in the U.S. Army I am hoping one day to get my meteorology degree.
